We consistently implement quality control throughout every step of our pneumatic actuator and valve production process, ensuring that every product withstands field testing and meets our customers' demanding application requirements.

Incoming Material Inspection

All incoming metals, seals, and electrical components must undergo incoming quality inspections for multiple indicators, including appearance, dimensions, and chemical composition. Unqualified materials are strictly prohibited from entering the production process.

Precision Machining Standardization

Key components are CNC machined with strict tolerance standards and precision control to ensure the long-term mechanical stability of components such as gear pairs, bushings, and cylinder bodies.

Spot Inspection at the Semi-Finished Product Stage

Batch sampling inspections are conducted after each processing step, including dimensional verification, surface treatment, and pre-assembly testing, to prevent the accumulation of process deviations.

Assembly Process Control

Actuators and valves are assembled in strict accordance with standard operating instructions. All operators are certified, and assembly stations are equipped with torque tools and pressure testing equipment.

Factory Performance Testing

Each actuator and valve assembly undergoes air tightness testing, cycle testing, and torque or thrust verification to ensure they meet design requirements before shipment.

Corrosion Protection and Surface Treatment Verification

All aluminum alloy components must be anodized or spray-coated, and stainless steel components must be pickled and passivated. Their corrosion resistance must be verified through salt spray testing.

Customer-Specific Parameter Verification

For products with customer-specific control logic or interface requirements, simulated operating condition testing and functional verification are performed before shipment to ensure seamless on-site integration.
